In 1983 he married Pamela Lynn Sauls, which whom he fathered two children, Elizabeth and Sergio. Sean Charles Adams went to be with our Lord on May 7, 2022. In his short life, he touched so many lives and was much loved. He will always be remembered for his love of family and for being a good friend to his many friends. Sean was born in Savannah, GA and was the only son of Charles and Dawn Adams. He gave his life to Christ, his Lord and Savior and had been a member of Compassion Church his entire life.

Fred grew up in Hinesville and graduated from Bradwell Institute in 1941. He then enlisted in the United States Marine Corps at the age of 18. He served during World War II in the Pacific Ocean theater during the Battle of Guam and was invited to and attended the WW II honor flight in 2014.

Mrs. Doris Ann Barnett, age 76, of Savannah, Ga passed away Sunday, June 5, 2022, at her home she shares with her husband of 42 years, Joe Barnett. Born on October 3, 1945, and was raised in Memphis, TN. She is a retired Senior Vice President of Colemont Insurance Brokers. William Harry Burger, USAF, Lt. Col. Ret., age 88, died June 5, 2022 in St. Mary’s, Georgia. The East Freedom, Pennsylvania native was a long-time resident of Savannah, Georgia. He was a member of the Elks Lodge and the American Legion.
Sean Charles Adams
Born on August 4, 1938 in Legazpi City, Albay Province, Philippines, she was the daughter to the late Ignacio Maslog and Trinidad O’Castro. She attended the University of San Carlos in Cebu City, Philippines where she earned Bachelors of Science in Education. Upon graduation, she worked at Feati University in Manila, Philippines as a Librarian. In 1969, Dominica took flight by herself and immigrated to the United States with three children under the age of four years old.
Jane attended the University of Kentucky, where she was a member of Chi Omega Fraternity. Jane’s legacy includes a love for the simple things in life. She was an incredibly devoted mother whose greatest joy was her daughters and her granddogs. Karen Alice Slezenger Anderson, 73, passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Detroit, MI and lived in Savannah since 2016. She was a wonderful wife, mother and devoted grandmother.

A graduate of Emory School of Divinity, beginning in 1953 until his retirement in June 2020, “Brother Grover” served and shepherded as a much-loved minister.
